Founded by Belynn Tran Ngoc Lam, a visionary leader and consultant, Lam Global was established to bridge the gap between traditional business strategy and forward-thinking innovation. Our work spans multiple sectors, guiding organizations and investors to thrive while leaving a positive imprint on the communities they serve.
Belynn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, where she developed a strong foundation in community advocacy and service delivery. Her professional background includes direct work in social services, hospice care, and nonprofit program management, giving her a unique perspective that blends compassion with executive-level strategy.
Ta Siu, Chief Financial Officer
Ta Siu, Ph.D. is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the medical device industry, specializing in business development, project management, device design, manufacturing,
and global supply chain management.
He has held senior leadership roles at multiple medical device companies and led the development of technical teams from concept to production, achieving ISO and GMP certifications and overseeing international high-volume manufacturing. His work includes the OneTouch Ultra Blood Glucose Monitor, successfully marketed by Lifescan, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company.
Dr. Siu holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, where he also served as a lecturer. He has contributed as an executive, board member, and advisor for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and was appointed to the California Inland Empire District Export Council by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. He also served on the Dean’s Advisory Council at UC Riverside’s School of Business Administration and is the holder of a U.S. patent (US5989917A) for glucose monitoring technology.
